FULLY FUNDED PROGRAMMES

PROGRAMME CRITERIA:

• Have between 25 and 80 hours of learning; and
• Are for a duration of 10 to 40 week; and
• Have a minimum of 20 learners (this can be a consortium of small business if need be)

STAFF CRITERIA:

• NZ Citizens or Permanent Residents
• Have literacy or numeracy skill gaps
• Have low or no qualifications 

This is an opportunity for New Zealand workplaces to access funding to improve their employees core skills. This funding is available to develop employees’ capabilities and improve systems at work.  Employer-led funding enables workplaces to analyse their processes and procedures to ensure training builds strengths and develop areas for improvement. Smart Training Limited will manage the whole process from beginning to end as they have years of experience in doing this.

This includes the analysing of the business needs, assessing the employee needs, keeping required records, completing the reporting expectations, developing the courses, resources and delivery of the programmes - ALL by fully qualified New Zealand Trainers. All processes are shared to ensure sustainability for future training.  These fully funded programmes can also be run alongside a NZQA Level 2 qualification or as bridging support prior to starting a NZQA Level 3 qualification.
